Photography and Social Media Disclaimer.

By enrolling your child in the Northball Athletics Summer Sports Camp Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photography:

1. Consent: You grant Northball Athletics and its representatives permission to photograph, record, and capture images of your child during their participation in the Summer Sports Camp Program.
2. Usage: The photographs, videos, or other media captured may be used for advertising, promotional materials, social media platforms, websites, newsletters, brochures, and other forms of marketing related to Northball Athletics. These materials may be used both online and offline.
3. Identity Protection: Northball Athletics will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your child’s identity is protected when using the media captured during the Summer Sports Camp Program. However, it is important to note that complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed, especially in group photos or videos.
4. No Compensation: You understand that your child will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of their photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Summer Sports Camp Program.
5. Release and Waiver: You release and discharge Northball Athletics, its employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with the use of the media captured during the Summer Sports Camp Program.
6. Confidentiality: Northball Athletics will not sell, share, or distribute the media captured during the Summer Sports Camp Program to third parties for unrelated purposes without obtaining additional consent.
7. Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your child’s photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Summer Sports Camp Program at any time. To exercise this right, please contact Northball Athletics in writing.

Please note that while Northball Athletics will make efforts to honor your requests regarding the use of media, it may not be possible to remove images that have already been published or shared.

By completing the registration form or participating in the Northball Athletics Summer Sports Camp Program, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this photography disclaimer.
